The 5th Annual VISN 12 VA Dental Symposium will take place on Friday, April 17, 2020 in downtown Milwaukee at the Wisconsin Club.
This year’s theme is “Smile Design to Development: Principles and Pearls for Clinical Success.” Attendees must register in advance and spots are limited. Walk-in registrations will not be allowed. Registration is limited, so please do not wait to register if you’d like to attend. Lunch, refreshments and valet parking are included. Attendance at the program provides 4 complementary ADA CERP continuing education credits. Please see the attached flyer for details.
